What WellNewMe Does — and Doesn't Do — With Your Data
We believe you have a right to understand exactly how your health information is used. These are the three things that matter most.
🎯
Your Data Is Never Shared Individually
Your employer and their broker only ever see anonymised, aggregated reports — for example, "35% of employees show elevated cardiovascular risk." They cannot see your individual score, your name, or your personal health data. This is enforced at the data architecture level, not just by policy.
📊
You Control What You Share
You choose which assessments to complete and which devices to connect. Your participation is voluntary. You can withdraw your data at any time under your UK GDPR right to erasure — your employer cannot prevent this or see that you have done it.
🛡️
Personal Recommendations — For You, Not Your Employer
Your personal health dashboard shows you your own risk indicators and AI-generated recommendations based on your assessment data. This is for your benefit. Your employer does not see these recommendations or have access to your personal dashboard.
